I drove 10 hours from SC to look at and ultimately purchase a car that Alliance Auto had in their inventory. I'd been shopping this particular model for some time and knew I wouldn't find one locally, but I was only willing to travel that distance because of the high ratings Alliance had earned from previous customers and also because they took the time to thoroughly answer each question I had about the vehicle in question beforehand. There also happened to be one other low mileage model of the same car close by, but Alliance Auto's offer was so competitive and the car they had easily met all of my expectations, that I decided to look no further. Their entire team was very personable and a pleasure to work with, including after sales service with some minor parts that they agreed to provide after the sale. A great experience overall - I would not hesitate to make the long drive to work with them again.

Drove 4 hours to check out the car I've been wanting for a while and they made sure my drive was worth it. I never felt stressed, rushed, or uncomfortable and they willingly worked with me with the price. I'd drive 4 hours to do business with them again.
I have had possibly the worst experience ever at the dealership. My VW GTI broke within 2 days and then broke again about 5 days later on i95. I've contacted them numerous times about the issues along with sending emails of the parts that failed. First it was a thermostat then it was a water pump. The thermostat wasn't a big job, took a out 2.5hrs but the water pump was a 8hr job of me dropping the engine 6inches on a Jack stand to access the water pump and finding out a hex bolt had been previously striped. They seemed to have cared at the beginning of this issue but then after time has passed and I continued to contact them about said issues they could care less about returning a phone call. Take your business elsewhere, you'll thank me later.
